Late Policy
Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your class and no later than 2 mins after your class.
If you do not show up 2 minutes after your class, your pass will be considered a "NO SHOW" and will be credited.
This is a safety concern to ensure a proper warm up along with respecting the time and space for the instructors and fellow students.
No refunds if you are late.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation for your class at least 12 hours prior to the class. Otherwise, you pass will be credited. No refunds if you NO SHOW.
