North County Women's Circle ( SPARK COACHING)

(This is an event hosted by a dance student but is unaffiliated/not put on by Fantasy Fitness.)

*This is a free event and open to the female/female identifying humans*

Please join us for this monthly women’s circle in the form of a pop up 2 hour slumber party!!! Wear pajamas, bring your favorite pillow and blanket, a snack to share, and any kind of self care items you’d like to use on yourself or share with others. 

Come exactly as you are, all emotions/moods/states are welcome! Any level of engagement or participation  that feels aligned will be respected/encouraged even if you’d just like company but don’t feel like talking. 

I will have an electric eye massager, leg compression sleeves, a sauna sleeping bag, a cervical traction device and electric hand massager & little massage tools to share with anyone who wants to try any of these self-care items out. 

Let’s paint our nails, do a face masks, brush each other’s hair, listen to tunes, eat snacks and be cozy!!!
