Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class and no later than 2 minutes after class begins.

If you arrive more than 2 minutes after class begins, your reservation will be considered a NO SHOW and your pass will be credited.

This policy helps ensure student safety, proper warm-up, and respect for instructors and fellow students.

Reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours before class. Otherwise, your pass will be credited.

No refunds for late cancellations or NO SHOWS.
