Late Policy

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class and no later than 2 minutes after class begins.

If you arrive more than 2 minutes after class begins, your reservation will be considered a NO SHOW and one class credit will be deducted.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours before class. Otherwise, one class credit will be deducted.

No refunds for late cancellations or NO SHOWS.
