Pole Strap is a strength and conditioning class designed to help you build the grip, control, and muscle engagement needed for pole tricks and transitions. Using resistance straps attached to the pole, this class focuses on improving upper body strength, shoulder stability, and core activation in a safe and controlled way.
Students will work through drills that mimic common pole movements, helping develop the pulling power and body awareness needed for climbs, holds, and future inversions. This class is perfect for beginners who want to build confidence and strength, as well as experienced students looking to refine technique and increase endurance.
Expect a supportive, technique-focused environment where we break down movements, strengthen key muscle groups, and train your body to move more efficiently on the pole.
All levels welcome. No prior pole experience required.
