Pole: Bell of the Ball is a kettlebell-powered conditioning class designed to make you stronger, more confident, and ready to shine in every pole class.
This dynamic session blends kettlebell strength training with pole-specific drills to build full-body power, grip endurance, core stability, and beautifully controlled movement.

Expect swings, presses, squats, climbs, holds, and flow-focused conditioning — all tailored to support your pole progress.
All levels welcome, with beginner-friendly modifications and progressive challenges for more advanced athletes.
